- All uploads use HTTPS with modern TLS.
- Processing/storage run on reputable cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud/Firebase).
- We process only what you provide (resume, job description) to produce the results you request.
- Only content you explicitly save is attached to your account.
AI Usage
- No training on your personal content. We do not use your resume/JD to train our models or allow third-party training.
- We use vetted providers (e.g., Google Gemini API) securely and only for your requested task.
- Calls include only the necessary text and are governed by contractual safeguards.
Data Retention
- Uploads and anonymous checks: resumes you upload and the data from anonymous checks are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- Items saved to your account persist until you delete them.
- Usage data may be kept for up to about 12 months for reliability and security. Email activity records (IP address and browser details) are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Encryption & Access Controls
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and encryption at rest via our cloud provider.
- Least-privilege access: internal access is limited to the minimal set needed to operate the service.
- Routine reviews of permissions, secrets, and dependencies.
Your Controls
- Delete saved resumes and your account from your dashboard at any time. To delete other data (ATS reports, applications, cover letters, interview prep), email support@wowthiscv.com.
- Request access, export, correction, or deletion via Contact or see details in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Compliance Posture
We avoid making compliance claims (e.g., SOC 2) unless formally completed. If/when we add attestations, we’ll publish them here with effective dates.

Do you use my resume to train AI models?
No. We do not use your personal resume content to train our models or third-party models. Processing is performed only to generate the results you ask for.
How long do you keep uploaded resumes?
Resumes you upload and the data from anonymous checks are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Items you choose to save also stay until you delete them.
Where is data processed and stored?
