Data Retention
- Short-lived processing copies: removed within 24–48 hours after processing completes (or sooner upon request).
- Items saved to your account persist until you delete them.
- Aggregate, non-personal telemetry may be retained (up to ~12 months) for reliability and security.
Encryption & Access Controls
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and encryption at rest via our cloud provider.
- Least-privilege access: internal access is limited to the minimal set needed to operate the service.

No. We do not use your personal resume content to train our models or third-party models. Processing is performed only to generate the results you ask for.
