• Who Can Use Our Service: Professionals of legal age. If you represent an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms.
• Your License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use our Services for your professional career development, subject to these Terms.
• Responsible Usage: Upload only content you have rights to process. We may refuse service for unlawful or inappropriate content.

2. 📄 Your Resume Content & Ownership Rights

You retain complete ownership of your resume content. By uploading your CV and job descriptions (“User Content”), you grant us a limited license to process this content (including via Google Gemini API) solely to provide the Services. We treat your professional information as confidential, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

3. 🤖 AI-Enhanced Content & Your Responsibility

The AI-enhanced materials we generate (“Generated Content”) are intended to improve job search outcomes, but you should review and tailor them to your personal experience and goals. While our AI follows industry best practices, you remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the final resume you submit.

4. ⚖️ Service Disclaimers & Realistic Expectations

Our Services are provided “as is.” We strive for excellence, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., interviews or job offers). We rely on trusted third-party services (including Google Gemini); their availability/performance can affect our Services.

We act with professional standards and reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WowThisCV.com isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost opportunities). Our maximum aggregate liability is the greater of USD $100 or fees paid by you in the last six months.

7. 💳 Pricing, Billing, Cancellations & Refunds

We use a freemium model. Core functionality is free to try. Paid access is available via either a one-time Fix My CV purchase or a monthly/annual subscription. Prices, plan details, and included limits are shown on our Pricing page.

7.1 One-time Fix My CV

• One-time payment. No subscription and no recurring charges.
• Access. Unlimited rewrites with no time limit, plus 5 PDF or DOCX download credits. Access to included Fix My CV tools ends when all 5 download credits are consumed.
• Ends on last download. No cancellation is required.

7.2 Subscriptions (Monthly or Annual)

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

7.3 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard billing settings. If you can’t access your account or billing settings, contact support@wowthiscv.com and include your account email.

7.4 Refund Policy

• Fix My CV: Because it is instant digital delivery, Fix My CV purchases are not refundable. If checkout fails or a file fails to generate, contact support and we’ll fix delivery.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions: Include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the start of the subscription. If you request a refund within that window, we will process it and end your subscription access.

7.5 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Receipts and billing confirmations are provided via Stripe.

7.6 Fair Use & Anti-Abuse

We may apply reasonable rate limits or anti-abuse controls to protect the platform and ensure fair access for all users. Excessive automated usage or reselling access is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
