Wow This CV provides a platform for career coaches to upload CVs (currently PDF format) and optional job descriptions, which are then processed using the Google Gemini AI to generate enhanced and potentially ATS-optimized versions.

• Eligibility: You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your professional purposes as a career coach, subject to these Terms.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for the content you upload and ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to process it through our Services.

2. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of the CVs and job descriptions you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us (and our third-party service providers, like Google for the Gemini API) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We treat your User Content as confidential information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. AI-Generated Content

The enhanced and optimized CV content generated by the AI ("Generated Content") is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, we make no warranties regarding the Generated Content's suitability, accuracy, completeness, or quality. The AI may sometimes produce inaccurate or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the Generated Content before sharing it with clients or using it for any purpose. You use the Generated Content at your own risk.

4. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE RELY ON THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LIKE GOOGLE GEMINI, AND THEIR AVAILABILITY AND PERFORMANCE MAY IMPACT OUR SERVICES.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Wow This CV, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Wow This CV'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wow This CV and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms, or c) User Content uploaded through your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and potentially through other means (like a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
